A) Raw material control

B) Workshop

We have high class non-dust workshops, before workers enter the workshop, there is an air shower room to keep hygiene. That make sure the work environment clean and safe.

C) Quality Control

c1. QC in workshop

During the assembly process, we carry out simulated transportation vibration test, drop test, signal generation test, ground resistance test, high temperature aging test etc. to make sure products meet quality.

c2. QC in packaging

Every product pack by protective way to make sure safe during transport. Our product package by outter paper box, middle wooden box and inner foam.

D) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
